HCA understands that tenants may wish to make modifications to their homes. They need to ensure any changes to your home are safe, professional, within the OC rules and do not damage the property.
Any changes you wish to make requires Housing Choices Australia’s approval before the work starts. Please fill out and submit a property modification form before starting any work.
