Wurru wurru biik: Quick Start Residents’ Guide
This Building User Guide explains how to look after everything in your apartment. It includes paint information (so you can match colours), how to clean surfaces and where all your fixtures and fittings came from so you can buy replacements.
All residents, both owners and tenants, must follow the official Owners Corporation Rules. These rules reflect what is outlined in the Victorian Owners Corporation Act 2006 and are designed to keep the building and residents safe and comfortable. If you need any assistance understanding any of these rules, please contact the OC Committee at [email protected].
Tenants must contact their rental agents, private landlords or HCA to fix apartment issues and before they make any alterations to their apartment.
All residents must look after the planters (garden) on your apartment balcony, which means consistently watering (ensuring the irrigation is turned on and working), fertilizing and weeding them. If you require help with this task, please reach out to the OC committee.
If you have issues with a common or shared area, reach out to the OC committee by email [email protected] or on the oc-committee discord channel.
