The Finance Sub-Committee is a small group of resident volunteers (Kate, Carolyn & Kim) who support the Owners Corporation (OC) Committee by reviewing the building’s finances each month. We provide an additional internal “check and balance” following The Knight’s review.
Our tasks include:
In 2026, the Finance Sub-Committee worked with the Trash Talkers, Green Thumbs and The Knight to save the building almost $25,000 by identifying incorrect invoicing.
In 2027, we are on a mission to investigate ways to lower utility and maintenance costs!

We welcome more volunteers to help check invoices and find ways to keep our levies reasonable.
No finance background or financial reporting experience is needed. Volunteering is a great way to understand how our building operates and how our levies are spent.
